Arrivederci! Vecchia Napoli Salini to close after 10 years

Vecchia Napoli Salini is set to close its doors on Saturday, 31st October, bringing an end to a decade of serving pizzas and Italian classics to customers in Malta.

Since opening in 2016, the restaurant has welcomed approximately 1.5 million guests and served more than 500,000 pizzas, becoming a familiar spot for family lunches, celebrations and its traditional Cene Napoletane.

Announcing the closure, Vecchia Napoli thanked its customers for being part of the restaurant’s journey over the past ten years, highlighting the many memories and occasions shared around its tables.

The team is inviting customers to visit one last time before the closure, encouraging them to share a pizza, raise a glass and enjoy a final Capo Di Monte as they bid farewell to the Salini outlet.

While the closure marks the end of an important chapter for the restaurant, the Vecchia Napoli brand will continue operating at its other locations across Malta.

Customers can still enjoy its menu of pizzas and Italian favourites at outlets in St Julian’s, Qawra, the Brewhouse, Ta’ Qali and SkyParks.

In its farewell message, the restaurant described the closure as the end of one chapter rather than the end of the Vecchia Napoli story, reassuring customers that its other outlets remain open.

After ten years, hundreds of thousands of pizzas and countless shared meals, Vecchia Napoli Salini is preparing to say its final arrivederci.
