Christian Formosa has been identified as the cyclist who suffered serious injuries last Friday after reportedly crashing into a parked truck on the Coast Road at about noon. And now, locals are wishing him a very speedy recovery.

Many people took to his socials offering well-wishes. “Get well soon Christian may God be with you,” said one Facebook user. Others flooded the comments sections with words of encouragement such as “keep fighting” and “wishing you a speedy recovery.”

Christian, who is reportedly recovering in hospital, is actually a national champ of road races and was an automatic pick for the National Team.
