Fill up those tanks, folks! Petrol stations around Malta and Gozo might be going on strike next week, after disagreements on fuel pricing and profit margins.

The General Retailers and Traders Union (GRTU) is strongly considering a strike for petrol stations around the islands if no solution is found by the end of the week, and will hold a general meeting on Monday, which is when the strike is likely to begin.

So think ahead and fill up your tanks this weekend! You don’t want to get caught stranded now do you?
