Sometimes all you need is time and a good eye for detail!

Sometimes you stumble upon a great photographer with so much imagination it's hard to fully understand how the human eye could capture such beauty. These dreamy shots created by photographer Martin Galea are truly out of this world, such as this one here - of sea, rock and the gorgeous horizon of the Maltese islands, as a misty hue settles on the surface.

Our islands are blessed with incredible flora set on the garigue of the cliffs and seaside landscapes. Here, a beautiful blossoming shrub stands in focus while the stars travel through the skies.
3
Watch out for this cosmic celebration, a red light in the distance and a vacant crevice leading into the abyss.
4
This image boasts great composition, focus and detail. Spot Filfla in the background as your eye travels from the roaring sea below to the opening of the heavens above.
5
From the peep hole in this pic, you'll see the milky waters which guide you to a cliffside where local rock formation can be experienced in all its prehistoric glory.
6
Here, as the sea washed in and the sky glazes over, the mighty rock stands proud peering onto the seabed below.
7
The dark green cacti, the warm rock of the old capital, the light that bounces off the fortified walls all sit gracefully as the baby blue skies swallows the wisps of pink cloud in this stunning photo.
