We’d have loved to be in the room when the creative mind behind local swimwear brand Isle & Aqua and handmade jewellery designer Yana's Jewellery decided to collaborate on a collection together. If there ever was an amazing local design pairing, it’d be this, and showing the result of that collaboration at Malta Fashion Week last night, they’ve certainly lived up to our (high) expectations!

Looking like some elite fashion tribe, the show featured some of our favourite local models, including the stunning Robyn Zammit and ‘made for a swimsuit’ Madeline Baldacchino.

Standout pieces from Isle & Aqua included a fantastic two-tone one-piece, metallic swimwear and cover-up skirts that are destined to shine at many a beach party this summer!

Meanwhile, Yana's Jewellery offered up some fantastically architectural pieces featuring the brand’s signature rope and stone details with the addition of a super cool element: feathers!
