Thank you! Volunteers gather 25 sacks of litter from Gozo’s Ta’ Cenc Cliffs
Well done, guys!

If you know where to look, you’ll come to find that Malta and Gozo are rife with quaint, green, and idyllic countryside spots – although it’s not the first time that these get tarnished by heaps upon heaps of wrongly-disposed rubbish.

That’s where The Cast-Out Project comes in…

This environmental organisation organises frequent clean-ups across Gozo and uses the reclaimed litter to create some amazing sculptures.

The group’s latest clean-up saw it head to our sister island’s stunning Ta’ Cenc cliffs, where volunteers managed to fill a whopping 25 sacks with litter.

r that was irresponsibly left behind.

“Today's rubbish included food packaging, a broken angel, construction waste and heavy sacks of soiled cat litter”, the organisation wrote.

“Please don’t destroy our great outdoors, dispose of your waste properly”, it appealed.

Keep up the good work
