‘Shame on you!’ - Hurt mother on vandalism done to late son’s commemorative plaque
So sad.

A local mother has shared a few choice words after a plaque commemorating her late son was destroyed. She found the broken remains on Mother’s Day in the Gharghur shrine area that has been quite a controversial topic as of late.

“My Mother’s Day present! I was waiting for this to happen. We didn’t ask for this to be put up, but Ronnie asked us,” she says, referencing the Gharghur local who was forced to remove a shrine in recent weeks he had been building and decorating himself.

“Shame on you!” she continues. “It’s a place where, whoever knew my son and his courage, he’d go during difficult moments!”

Why are some people hell-bent on destruction?
