Minoa is an adults-only rooftop restaurant on level 11 of AX ODYCY in Qawra, with views over St Paul’s Bay. The menu is built around Mediterranean fusion, moving between North Africa, Southern Europe and the Middle East, with references to Morocco, Tunisia, Malta, Greece and Lebanon. The food uses local ingredients where possible and focuses on fresh produce, aromatic seasoning and bolder cooking techniques. The bright and textured space, with patterned tiles, soft furnishings, shutters and screens, the vibe is relaxed and coastal. Minoa serves dinner from Wednesday to Saturday, with separate food, beverage and wine menus available for diners who want a full evening meal rather than a casual poolside stop.
