This certification strengthens the program’s adherence to rigorous academic standards, equipping Dhalia’s consultants with in-depth knowledge on legal, financial, and market dynamics crucial for today’s complex commercial property transactions.

Malta’s commercial property market has seen substantial growth, particularly with the rise of the iGaming, fintech, and tourism sectors. With the MFHEA accreditation, Dhalia’s consultants are better positioned to assist businesses in navigating this competitive landscape.

‘The accreditation from MFHEA reflects our dedication to staying ahead of the curve in the commercial real estate industry,’ said Alan Grima, CEO of Dhalia. ‘With Malta becoming a hub for industries like iGaming and fintech, businesses need a trusted partner who can provide them with the expert advice they need to make informed decisions.’

Dhalia’s comprehensive training program empowers its team to handle a broad range of property needs, including office space leasing and sales, retail space management, industrial and logistics property solutions, and hotel and hospitality development. These capabilities enable Dhalia’s consultants to offer strategic insights, crucial for businesses like iGaming that require rapid access to high-quality infrastructure and flexible property options.

In addition to the Award in Commercial Real Estate, Dhalia also provides accredited programs for Real Estate Consultants and Real Estate Branch Managers, meeting licensing requirements per Chapter 615 of Maltese law.

As Dhalia continues to grow its services and client base, this accreditation reinforces its commitment to quality and professional development, ensuring clients receive reliable, innovative solutions for their commercial property needs.

The Award in Commercial Real Estate does not render the holder to be eligible for a licence in terms of Chapter 615 of the Laws of Malta.

Dhalia Real Estate Services is licensed by the MFHEA as a Further Education Institution (Lic. 2021-001).
