Local foodie specialising in Maltese dishes with a twist launches website & we’re drooling
Excuse us, we need a napkin.
Local foodie page, Ch-EAT has embarked on another adventure, launching a website filled with glorious Maltese recipes with insane twists. (We’re looking at you, four cheese froga tat-tarja).
The brains behind Ch-EAT, Jon Camilleri would post mouth-watering cheat meals (hence the name) of Maltese dishes with extra cheaty twists to his Facebook page. Let’s just say, this page didn’t really help when we were on a diet.
“Today is a different kind of bongu,” Jon wrote on Facebook. “After some sleepless nights I'm finally proud to say that I've launched my website. Hope you'll spare a couple of minutes to give it a peek.” Oh, we’re peeking alright.
He’s got a blog section, recipes, and recipe by category sections – you can’t get more organised than that. Our taste buds are tingling just looking at some of these recipes: Cisk Rabbit, Kinnie Wings, Four Cheese Froga tat-Tarja, Mac Hobza, Timpana Loaf, Pink Sausafe Scotch Eggs, and our personal favourite, the OG Pastizzi Pie. #JesusTakeTheWheel
We’re already drooling, ruhi!
