In a Press Conference late this morning, Health Minister Chris Fearne announced that the World Health Organisation (WHO) had commended Malta's efforts in curbing the spread of the Coronavirus and put a spotlight on the country for others to follow.

Despite the good news, the Health Minister issued words of warning: "The more we band together, the better our country's results will be and we'll continue to flatten the curve," he said, stressing that it is important to be mindful of mistakes made.
