The Hamrun carnival is back. The exciting and vibrant event brings together all three Hamrun Bands, together with the 1st Hamrun Scout Group, Żejtun Band, the Big Friends Guggen Musik and the Batuca Beat Band straight from Brazil.  

All this will create a lively atmosphere filled with music and colour!

The fact that the carnival in Hamrun is officially opening the Maltese Carnival 2024 adds an extra layer of significance to the event.

The Hamrun Local Council along with Festivals Malta is actively working to make this carnival one of the best, promising entertainment, colourful displays, floats, masquerades, dance performances, and various activities for children.

For those attending parking facilities are being offered at the Maria Regina Secondary School in Triq Schembri.

Hamrun carnival is scheduled take place on Sunday 4th January 2024 with all activities happening between 9.30am till 1pm.
