Quirky, historic, beautiful... the capital city of Valletta captures everyone's imagination.

Popular among tourists and locals alike, the areas of Sliema and St Julian's often feature in photos of Malta.

No. 4: Popeye's Village, Mellieha

It may come as a surprise, but those colourful houses are just so irresistibly cute!
