Those who haven’t downloaded the digital version of the second round of Government vouchers will have their physical ones delivered to their residential address via registered mail. But, what if you miss the delivery person? Not to worry, here’s what you need to do.

“Since the service requires a signature from the recipient, you will need to collect your vouchers from your local Post Office if you miss the delivery. Please make sure that you take the relevant documents with you,” MaltaPost shares.

Here’s what you need:

If you are collecting your own vouchers: the MaltaPost Delivery Notice of the MIMCOL Notice downloadable at www.vouchersmimcol.com along with your original ID card or Residency Permit Card.

If you’re collecting the vouchers on behalf of someone else: the notices, your ID or Residency Permit Card, along with the documents of the owner of the vouchers.
