Force Six winds and isolated showers predicted from this Sunday onwards
It should clear in time for Easter Sunday.

For the past few days, Malta and Gozo have been enjoying some incredibly sunny, warm and spring like weather but that’s all about to change from next Sunday onwards as Force six winds and isolated showers are expected.

According to the Malta International Airport meteorological office, the isolated showers will persist till Tuesday, 4th April but the strong winds are expected to last at least till Wednesday, 5th April.

The temperature during these days is expected to go as high as 16°C and as low as 17°C.

Hopefully such wintery weather will clear just in time for the Easter celebrations and festivities.

The Facebook weather page, ‘Aggornament ta’ Temp’ is predicting cloudy weather for Maundy Thursday, windy weather that will subside by the afternoon for Good Friday and clear skies for Easter Sunday.

30th March 2023
