Keeping traditions alive through cooking heritage food with a farm to kitchen concept for children to learn the cooking from our ancestors.
The kids will learn hygiene skills, food preparation, knife skills and ultimately the cooking itself to take with them to pass on to other generations. The course is either €25 per class or €135 for the whole 6 weeks and includes all course materials, recipe booklet, apron, chef's hat, certificate and medal of achievement. Bookings by email on [email protected] ages are from 7 - 16 years and children do not have to be accompanied, however parents are welcome to observe.
