Chef Victor Borg has just been honored with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2025 WRMC (Wines and Restaurants of Malta.Com) Awards - congratulations! Known to many as one of the resident judges on MasterChef Malta, his influence in the kitchen goes far beyond the television screen, though.

With an extensive career spanning various Michelin-starred restaurants both locally and abroad, Chef Victor's culinary talent has earned him several awards, including the title of National Chef of the Year at just 24 years old – making him the youngest ever to receive this honour - so it comes as no surprise that this well-deserved recognition has been bestowed on one of Malta's most recognisable chefs.

Chef Victor is currently bringing his expert culinary skills to Under Grain and Grain Street, both in Valletta, where he continues to concoct creative dishes that inspire patrons and aspiring chefs alike!
