Bring out the umbrellas! Breezy day & blood rain expected in Malta & Gozo
Ajma hej!

Jillian Mallia

After this weekend’s cloudy weather, it seems Mother Nature isn’t quite done yet with the gloomy weather.

According to local weather site Malta Weather, “today we’re expecting a breezy day with mostly cloudy skies and a chance of some blood rain across Malta and Gozo.” Ugh. We JUST washed our cars of the last blood rain’s remnants. Give us a break, Mama Nature, will ya?

Don’t be fooled by the cloudy weather, however my friends because it’s going to be sticky and warm. According to the Met Office’s forecast, mostly cloudy weather is expected until Saturday with the exception of Tuesday and Sunday which are expected to be sunny days.

Highest temperatures will range between 24⁰C and 28⁰C while lows will be between 16⁰C and 18⁰C. The UV markers will hit 10 today and will remain at 9 for the rest of the week. So if you’re planning on heading out for a trek or a relaxing by the beach you might want to slap on some sunblock just the same. We didn’t last weekend and our shoulders are a little red, not gonna lie. You’ve been warned, insomma!
