After this week's sunny skies, it seems like a cruel twist of fate that the coming weekend should be a wet and miserable one, and yet, here we are! According to Malta Weather, it’s going to be one crazy weekend in Malta and Gozo - the islands will experience a “weekend of misery” with strong winds, rough seas, heavy rain showers that may be thundery AND possibilities of hail! Oh, and did we mention that temperatures will drop too? Argh!

Grab your sweaters and jackets, because temperatures are set to drop to 15°C, feeling like 12°C at times. You may want to cancel those plans and wrap yourself up in a blanket with a warm cup of joe over the weekend!

Not sure what else to do? Games nights, movie nights or watching X Factor Malta (with a pint in hand) are always popular choices, so why not try ticking a few items off our handy autumn lazy weekend bucket list, or check out some of these top indoor activities on the Maltese Islands is you're here on holiday?

Remember to always stay safe and seek shelter when the elements get too much!
