Calling all foodies! ION – The Harbour, the Michelin-star restaurant part of the Iniala Harbour House situated on St Barbara’s Bastion in Valletta, has a new chef in town!
Acclaimed London chef, Alex Dilling will be joining the ION – The Harbour family for a 100-day residency starting 18th June 2021.
Alex previously held the post of Executive Chef at the two-Michelin-starred restaurant, The Greenhouse, in Mayfair. “Alex, widely seen as the UK’s next top chef, will be bringing a new level of culinary skills to both Malta and ION – The Harbour,” the post read.
