12 cases of COVID-19 were found so far at Malta’s airport
She confirmed the numbers in today’s press conference.

During today’s press conference, Prof. Charmaine Gauci confirmed that so far 12 positive COVID-19 cases have been detected at Malta’s airport.

Since testing begun, 609 tests were performed. Last week, 153 tests were done, one of which resulted positive. The case was flying in from France. Prof. Gauci noted that Malta has another machine that allows the airport to test a higher amount of people.
